  • I searched for my laptop key. However, I can't find it?

    There is a good chance that we have your model in stock. Even if we don’t, we can always special order it for you. Please email us, and we will respond to you asap.

  • How long have you been in business?

  • When will my order get shipped out?

    Payments that are received by 3:00pm PST, on business days, are generally shipped on the same business day. Payments received on Saturday, Sunday, Federal Holidays, or after 12:00pm PST will ship the following business day. Orders are shipped from Henderson, Nevada (89002).

  • Can I replace the laptop key by myself?

    YES! The majority of laptop keys are very easy to replace. We provide video instructions. (View our Installation Guides).

  • What is the RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

    Return Policy

    At Laptopkey.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have received an incorrect key or retainer clip model, please contact our Customer Service team at support@laptopkey.com. We will work with you to get the correct replacement parts.

    We do accept returns, but please note that the following conditions apply:

    • 1. We will refund the amount paid for each individual key(s) returned.
    • 2. The customer is responsible for paying return postage.
    • 3. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
    • 4. For orders shipped with "free shipping", a $5 return fee will be charged to process your return. This covers a portion of our shipping and handing costs and the labor associated with the return process.

  • How had COVID-19 Affected Shipping Service?

    COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE!!: USPS has posted on their website, 'USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impacts of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience." Most orders are arriving on time. However, please allow up to 10-12 business days for Domestic orders. International orders can take up to 15-30 days. These are unprecedented times. We are still shipping orders out within 24 hours time. However, please be patient with delays, as we do not have control over USPS operations, and the affects of the covid-19 pandemic. Thank You!
