When purchasing a replacement key from us, customers receive a brand new, original OEM replacement key from the manufacturer. In order to make the replacement process easy, we also provide a step-by-step video installation guide. We also take pride in fast shipping; most orders are shipped out the same day.
If you ordered the wrong replacement part, please contact use, so we can help. Typically, we will ask you to keep the old key, and pay $3.50 to reship the correct key.
If we sent the wrong part, or made a mistake on filling the order, we will reship the correct part at our cost.
If you purchased an item, and want to return it, you have 45 days from the date of when the item was shipped, to return the product. You will be responsible to pay for shipping the product back to our warehouse. All returned packages, must have a tracking number. Please email us the tracking number when you have shipped the item back to us.
